SHIPPING POLICY

STACS shipping policy is to send all packages via Australia Post. All packages will be tracked. If you require additional insurance to safeguard against the package being lost or damaged, please contact STACS at the time of the order via the below email address, note additional charges will apply:

Please note that if the package is lost or damaged during the shipping, only delivery insured items will be replaced.

STACS reserves the right to cancel orders & refund the paid amount, less any incurred costs to STACS for incorrect shipping details being supplied.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Prior to any return or exchange please contact STACS via the below email, outlining your need for return or exchange and the reasons for the request.

Returns or Exchanges will be accepted whereby the following is met:

  • If the items have been returned within 10 business days from the original receipt of the goods from STACS. and

  • Items are in the same condition as received (not damaged). and

  • Contact has been made to STACS (via above email address) & agreement has been achieved to return the items.

  • Refunds: 

    • Will be paid for the undamaged returned items, all shipping costs will be excluded from the refund. The cost of returning the items to STACS is your responsibility.

  • Exchanges:​

    • May incur additional charges due to shipping ​costs. This will be discussed and agreed prior to any exchange.
